UV Applications > Open-Channel for Civil sewage
The UV disinfection system has integrated high quality UV lamp technology with automated intensity monitor to ensure effective germinal dose and with full automated wiper cleaning system. The UV disinfection system is widely used in drainage, civil drinking water supply, hospital waste water and reuse water projects.
UV system module
Key parts of UV module: UV lamps, quartz sleeve, online automated wiper cleaning system, power module, and connections.
The module is made of stainless steel; UV lamps are parallel to water flow; module design is engineering to ensure on UV radiation leakage; each module can be lifted while it needs maintenance.
Electronic Control System
1、Power Control Center
The center is to control whole disinfection system, including electronic control center, interface input-output panel with power out information, transmission and distribution information, short circuit, over load protection function; UV lamp status, status for cleaning, UV intensity monitor, logger of operation period, and automated cleaning functions.
2、Power Supply System (ballast power cabinet)
To provide power supply to UV module and control system: electronic ballast with cooling system to ensure sufficient operation life and efficiency.
3、Water Level control
Effluent channel or automated water level controller to ensure UV module is under water surface.
4、Automated cleaning system
Full automated cleaning system utilizes wiper system to clean quartz sleeve. The system has PLC control system to automatically control cleaning system activation, stopping, and interval time setting.
