The secondary pollution of tap water
Most urban water supply systems in China do not have a pipe directly connected to the residents’ homes. Instead, after tap water is delivered from the factory, and after entering the community through the long water pipe network, it will reach the high-rise water tower or water tank and other facilities. It is then pressurized and distributed to residents using sub-pipes. There are many sources of pollution from tap water, and the largest source of pollution comes from secondary water supply.

Common Hazards
