Ozone type low-pressure UV lamp is also available that effectively produces ozone. With glass that transmits light with 185 nm wavelength, ozone is produced. Either type is available upon customer request.

①When irradiance reduces to 60% or less from the initial irradiance.
②When the lamp cannot be started.
·Cautions for Use :
①Do not apply undue force to the lamp when handling and installing the lamp.
②Avoid bare hands and wear clean gloves when handling the lamp because the lamp may not be started.
