Project Overview: This project is under the Hong Kong Water Authority. The Hong Kong government has very high requirements for drainage water quality of the cooling towers, especially for the detection of Legionella. They are very strict because there have been break outs of Legionella, and they have installed cooling towers for a long time. It is very difficult to apply for water supply by using a water-cooling system, which leads to the use of a high-energy air-cooling system when customers install new air-conditioning systems.
